Cass Information Systems, the nation’s leading provider of payment and information services for Financial, Accounts Payable, Transportation, Logistics and Utility needs is looking for a full time Customer Service Associate and a Utility Support Clerk. Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills would be helpful.
The Customer Service Associate position is responsible for the processing of internal and external Utility client-related inquiries. Monday through Friday workweek offering a flexible start time between 7:30 – 9:00 AM. Overtime as needed. Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred. Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
The Utility Support Clerk reviews various files to research account numbers rejected in Data Entry. Utilizes the system to research and identify existing accounts by matching meter numbers, service address or sites. Loads new accounts following Cass and Client procedures and routes completed work to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
Successful candidates must be detail oriented, quality conscience, possess excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
